About Us
Qelvanto is a digital C++ learning brand created for learners who want structured written materials, practical code examples, review pages, and study tasks in one organized place. Our course line focuses on C++ topics such as syntax, variables, conditions, loops, functions, arrays, strings, classes, objects, pointers, references, templates, containers, file examples, and wider code review.

Qelvanto was founded by Vladyslav Voitko, the owner and creator of the brand. Vladyslav has 6 years of experience in C++ education, technical writing, and structured learning material preparation. During this time, he has taught and guided 1000+ students through different stages of C++ study, from first syntax notes to more detailed code-reading topics.
The idea behind Qelvanto came from a simple observation: many learners meet C++ through scattered notes, crowded examples, and explanations that move too far ahead before the earlier idea feels clear. Vladyslav saw that learners often needed more than definitions. They needed a calm study order, readable examples, practice prompts, and recap sections that could be revisited later.
That is why Qelvanto courses are built around written digital materials rather than noisy or rushed formats. Each course is arranged into modules with topic notes, code examples, practical tasks, glossary points, and review pages. The goal is to make C++ study feel more structured, so learners can move through each section with a clear sense of what they are reading and why it matters.
Vladyslav’s background includes preparing C++ study materials, reviewing code examples, building topic maps, creating practice tasks, and arranging technical explanations for different learner levels. His previous work covered C++ basics, function flow, class structure, object-based code, memory-related concepts, template examples, containers, and larger review tasks. This experience shaped the Qelvanto approach: each topic should be explained in a steady order, supported by examples, and followed by practical review.
Over the years, Vladyslav has worked with individual learners, study groups, and small technical teams that needed organized C++ materials. These experiences helped him understand where learners often get stuck: reading syntax, tracing values, following loops, understanding function calls, connecting classes with objects, and reviewing pointer or reference behavior. Qelvanto was created to address these common study gaps through clear written structure.

Our mission is to make C++ learning materials more organized, practical, and easier to revisit. We do not make loud claims or fixed outcome statements. Instead, we focus on what the courses contain: structured modules, code-reading examples, written tasks, recap pages, glossary notes, and steady topic progression.
Qelvanto is for learners who prefer reading, reviewing, and practicing at their own pace. The course tiers begin with early C++ structure and continue into broader topics for learners who want more detailed study files. Each tier has its own focus, so learners can choose materials based on their current stage and topic needs.
At Qelvanto, we believe that careful code reading is a valuable part of C++ study. A learner should be able to look at a code example and identify values, names, statements, branches, loops, functions, objects, and relationships between sections. Our materials are designed to support that kind of reading through examples, diagrams, prompts, and recap notes.
Qelvanto continues to grow as a focused C++ learning brand built by Vladyslav Voitko and shaped by practical teaching experience. With 6 years in the field and 1000+ students taught, Vladyslav created Qelvanto to offer structured digital courses for learners who want C++ materials with thoughtful order, useful tasks, and a calm study flow.
